Community Life
Life is not to be lived in isolation. Rather, our lives are to be lived in community with others and in the rhythms of life that ebb and flow. At New City Church we place a very high value on intentionally developing long-term social, spiritual relationships. We invite you to join us in community through any of the following environments.
Sunday Gathering/Weekly Services
New City Church gathers each Sunday morning at 10:30am at 4201 S. Congress, Suite 300 in Austin! We invite you to join us for friendship, song and a time of teaching. We will have fresh local coffee for you each morning so don't worry about visiting your favorite coffee shop (unless you really want to).

Community Groups
Community Groups are our primary places of community, and where we share our lives with one another. They are not meetings, but rather a community of people who live in similar parts of town and who share parks, restaurants, neighborhoods and common stuggles. They are where we learn from one another, serve one another, grow together and join together in renewing people we know and the local communities we live in.

D-Groups
D-Groups are discipleship groups at New City Church. They are typically made up of one leader and 2-3 disciples. They are mostly free to set up there own rhythms of meetings, prayer, study, discussion and fellowship. D-Group leaders have demonstrated gospel-centered theological clarity, Christian character and a missional life.

Porterbrook Austin
Porterbrook Austin is a rich theological training program that helps Christians learn how to serve Jesus and his people better — whether they are church leaders, church planters, or simply Christians wanting to deepen their theological understanding and become more mission-focused. The programs are flexible and have been designed to be integrated with your whole Christian life in whatever context you’re serving.

Renewing Our City
Jesus loves Austin and desires its renewal! The bible teaches that Jesus is about his glory and the renewal of all creation that was torn and broken through rebellion. As people of Christ, we participate with Jesus in renewing people and communities through declaring and demonstrating the gospel of Jesus.
